DMX is at it again. According to recent reports, DMX was rushed to a South Florida hospital on Sunday morning for "fear of a stroke." The embattled rapper was due in an Arizona court today ("I AINT GOIN BACK TO FUCKIN JAIL") to address a bench warrant that was issued last time he failed to appear in court.

"I don't know the cause, but I know that he's still hospitalized and that they've admitted him and won't be releasing him for a couple more days," X's attorney Charles Kozelka confirmed. It's unclear why the rapper, who has been free on $25,000 bond since being extradited from Florida to Arizona, was back in the Sunshine State, but Kozelka says that X is free to travel despite his recent legal woes and pending trials. The rapper's court date has been postponed until Monday.
