The budget for the film was over $25 million and Costner donated over $21mil of that...getting close to George Lucas territory, just off by another several times that and his film has only brought in $14m and its not Star Wars, but after a few more weeks (if it has that?) and some DVD sales, it looks like Kevin has the possibility of a making a few cents.
